We are happy to exchange unwanted items on presentation of a valid receipt or dispatch note provided they are returned within 14 days and in pristine condition. We will only provide refunds for damaged or faulty goods.

Reading Roots is happy to exchange your items on presentation of a valid receipt.
This does not apply to electrical items or face masks, where exchanges will only be given if the seal is unbroken or the product is faulty.
Goods must be returned within 14 days of purchase or receipt (whichever is the later) and be in perfect condition in their original packaging.
Your right to a refund of faulty/damaged items has a return period greater than 28 days in accordance with your statutory rights.
Perishable goods (including any food products and or goods which have an expiry date) will not be eligible for exchange or refund unless such goods are damaged, supplied incorrectly or sold not as described.
